It's marked as 'available for backorder' need to be custom made. This doesn't take too much time, and orders typically arrive no more than two weeks after the order is placed. If it's going to be longer, we will contact you as soon as we know.

Very rarely an item might have been miscalculated and our system marks it as in stock when it’s not. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. 

If you need to make any changes, call us as soon as possible on 02 6771 2743. We do our best to get all order shipped as quickly as possible, if you’re order has already left our facility, we will not be able to make any changes.

You will need to nominate a safe place of the shipment to be left unattended. We strongly suggest you use a workplace or somewhere that’s attended during working hours. Risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient upon delivery to your nominated deliver address.

Of course! Just select “pickup” as the shipping option at the checkout. Let us know when you’ll be coming in and we’ll have it all ready!

Yes. At MyCar we take your (and our!) privacy seriously. We will never disclose your personal information to anyone without your express permission. MyCar does not store any of your credit card information, all transactions are processed by Paypal to ensure the greatest protection for both you and us!

All of our products are shipped via Startrack Express. You will be provided with a tracking number and link one your order is dispatched. 

You can expect your order to leave within three days of us receiving your payment. We ship express with StarTrack Express, so once the order has been sent out (at which time you will be notified), you can expect it to arrive in a day or two, depending on where you live in Australia. The items are shipped out of Armidale NSW. If an item is on backorder, this may delay the order, in which case we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
Shipping is $9.95 per order no matter where you are in Australia
